NOTHINK through its Website offers NOTHINK articles, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Minors are not allowed to place orders.
2. Registration on the Web Site
The user is not required to register as a customer, but must provide personal data necessary for shipping and, where appropriate, billing such as name and surname, address and telephone.

3. Customer’s Obligations
The Customer is obliged to:

– To pay for the NOTHINK items purchased through the Website and shipping costs, if any.
– The Customer may not place any fraudulent or false order. NOTHINK reserves the right to cancel the order and/or inform the relevant authorities if it has reasonable grounds to consider it as such.
– Not to carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with the operation of the Website.
4. Purchase procedure
The Customer must access the Website to purchase NOTHINK items, having the following information available:
– Description of the item, reference, size, characteristics, colors, composition and photograph
Once the item is selected, the Customer must add to the cart by clicking on the button “ADD TO CART” the units you wish to purchase each item, size, color, etc… Once the selected items have been added to the cart, the Customer will be able to access the summary of the selection of items by clicking on the cart at the top right of the page, where a summary of the selected items appears. 5. Currency, Method of payment and applicable taxes
Prices will be shown in Euros. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made on the Website will be subject to the taxes levied on the purchase. For security reasons, the Customer may not place orders exceeding 2,000 Euros. NOTHINK makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its Website is accurate and error-free. If at any time any such error should occur, it will be corrected immediately.
NOTHINK reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the site without prior notice, but these changes will not affect the price of orders already placed with NOTHINK.
6 Shipping and delivery of the items
The Items are sold and delivered in the countries where NOTHINK is present. The country of delivery always has to match the Website of the country from which the Customer made the purchase.
Shipments leave our workshop 2 to 7 working days from the moment you choose us, we start creating your bag. Once the order leaves NOTHINK’s workshop, an e-mail will be sent to the Client notifying him/her that his/her order is being shipped.
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address given by the Client at the time of placing the order, so it is important that the Client pays attention at the time of placing the order, as he/she will not be able to modify the delivery address data. NOTHINK will not be held responsible in the event that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
For security reasons, NOTHINK will not send any order to PO boxes, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his or her address.
NOTHINK is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product or packaging during transport. In this case the responsibility would fall on the transport company.
Responsibility for NOTHINK goods shall pass to the Client at the time of delivery of the order.
7. Delivery problems
If the time period indicated in the Shipping section for the shipping method selected by the Client has elapsed without the Client having received the order, the Client must notify NOTHINK of this circumstance.
When the order is delivered to the Client, the Client must check that everything is in accordance with the order. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, the Client must notify NOTHINK at hola@nothink-handbags.es. In the aforementioned email, the Client must specify his personal data and order number reflecting the discrepancy or problem. NOTHINK will contact the Client as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
8. Returns
– Right of withdrawal
The User has a maximum period of 15 calendar days to exercise all or part of its right of withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once these 15 days have elapsed, NOTHINK does not accept returns in the exercise of the consumer’s right of withdrawal.
The User shall not have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in the cases provided for in the Spanish regulations applicable to the consumer, and especially in the following cases:
(i) customized products made to the User’s specifications, (ii) for health and hygiene reasons, . We recommend that you read article 103 of the Spanish consumer regulation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the Spanish Regulation for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
The user must bear the cost and the realization of the returns made in the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In this regard, the User must: (i) notify NOTHINK of his/her desire to withdraw from the purchase before the 15th day from delivery, as well as (ii) send the product to the following address, calle Jata 22B,1izq Getxo, (Bizkaia), within 14 calendar days after communicating his/her desire to withdraw from the contract.
The User may also exercise his/her right of withdrawal by sending the product directly to the above address within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Once the product is received, NOTHINK will verify the condition of the product and make the refund according to the applicable Spanish regulations.
9. Refund for the User
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal of the preceding section, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the returned products, provided that the returned products are in the same condition as at the time of delivery, that they have not been used (apart from the use required to verify their suitability), washed, damaged or that the requirements of the Law and these Conditions of Sale have not been complied with.
NOTHINK will not make any refund until receipt of the product, it will also verify the condition of the returned product, reserving the right not to make the refund in the event that NOTHINK notices that the products purchased and those returned are not the same or that the return has not been made in accordance with the Law and these Conditions of Sale.
The partial return of an order will imply a partial refund of the shipping costs, which will be reimbursed proportionally to the value of the returned product.
NOTHINK will process the order for the refund of the price and delivery costs through the same system used by the User to purchase the products, within 48 hours from the confirmation of receipt of the returned product to the indicated address and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the User’s notification of the return, unless NOTHINK has not received the returned product within that period. The application of the reimbursement of the price and the cost of delivery to the User’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity.
10. Returns of defective products
The User shall be entitled to be reimbursed the amount corresponding to the price of the defective product, the shipping costs and the cost of transportation, when the delivered product is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by the User.
In these cases, the return of the products to NOTHINK can be carried out as set out in section (i) above, or by contacting NOTHINK at the email or telephone number available on the Website. In case of defective return of the product or return of a product that does not correspond to the product ordered in the order registered by the User, NOTHINK will bear the cost of transportation of the return of the products, provided that the return is made from the same country where the delivery was made.
11. Warranty of the products
The products have the legal guarantee of lack of conformity revealed during the 2 years after delivery in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. The user must inform NOTHINK of this lack of conformity within 2 months of having knowledge of the same.
The warranty offered corresponds to that established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, for the Defense of the User and the Consumer.
The warranty does not include deficiencies due to neglect, shock, use, mishandling or any use not suitable for its purpose. Products modified and repaired by the User shall be excluded from the warranty.
12. Customs information
When the User orders products on the Website for delivery to a country outside the European Union, he/she may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged at the time the package arrives at the destination. Any additional amount due for customized shipping will be borne by the User. NOTHINK has no control over these amounts. Custom policies vary significantly from country to country, therefore, we recommend that you contact your local Customs Brokerage Office. Remember that when registering an order with NOTHINK, the User is formally considered an importer by law and must comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations in the receiving country. We would also like to remind our international users that international shipment is subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities.
13. Liability and Disclaimer
Notwithstanding the provisions of the applicable Law and Regulations, NOTHINK’s liability in connection with products purchased through the Website shall be limited to the purchase price of such products.
NOTHINK shall not assume any responsibility derived, among others:
a) For the use that the User may make of the materials of the Website, in violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the Website or third parties.
b) For any damage caused to Users as a result of normal or abnormal operation of the search tools, the organization or location of the contents and / or access to the Website and, in general, errors and problems caused in the development or instrumentalization of the technical elements that the website or the program gives the user.
c) From the content of those pages that Users can access from links included in the Website, authorized or not.
d) Of the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of these third parties, could be contractually bound with NOTHINK.
e) Access by minors (under 16 years of age) to the material included in the website, being the responsibility of their parents or guardians the adequate control of the activity of their minors in charge or even the installation of any control tool, to prevent access to the material, as well as the sending of personal data without the prior consent of the adult in charge.
f) Errors and delays in accessing the Website by the User at the time of entering information in any form, the slowness or impossibility of receipt by the recipients of the confirmation order or any anomaly that may arise when these events are due to Internet problems, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency, beyond the faith of NOTHINK good.
g) Of the failures or incidents that may occur in the communication, elimination or incomplete transmission, so that the operability of the Website is not a constant guarantee.
h) Of the errors and damages produced to the website by the ineffective use of the user or bad faith.

15. Partial Nullity
The declaration of any of these general conditions as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining ones, which shall continue to be binding between the parties.
The waiver by any of the parties to demand at a given time the fulfillment of any of the general conditions stipulated herein shall not imply a general waiver to the fulfillment of another condition or conditions, nor shall it create an acquired right for the other party.
16. Notifications
Part of the information or communications sent to the Client will be in writing and electronic and through the web. By using this website, the Client accepts that communications will be electronic. For contractual purposes, the Customer consents to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other communications sent to the Customer electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing. This condition shall not affect your rights under applicable laws. 18. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The present conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any doubt, discrepancy or divergence that may arise in the performance and interpretation of this contract, the parties submit to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect your rights as a consumer under current legislation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
You can return any product you have purchased from us, these are the conditions and process for return or exchange:
Let us know the reason for the return or exchange, within 7 days from the date of receipt, via email to hola@nothink.eu. We appreciate that you indicate the reason why you want to return or exchange the product. For us it is very important to know the reason for the return to continue improving the needs of our customers.
Returned items will be reviewed, to assess the good condition of them. In the event that such assessment determines that the items are not in their ORIGINAL condition, the return will not be accepted.
The shipment of the items will be made in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case that the product leaves the workshop defective, these costs will be borne by NOTHINK.
In the event that the package arrives in poor condition, we would need you to indicate this on the delivery note. The return costs are borne by PDTE.

SHIPPING POLICY:
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 Kgs. The applicable rates are:
FREE for orders over 150 €.
For orders under 150 €:
– Peninsula (Spain & Portugal): 6 €.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 8 €.
Europe: 25 €.
DELIVERY TIMES
From the moment you choose it, we start to create your bag. Shipments leave our workshop from 2 to 7 working days. Once the order leaves the workshop, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order is being shipped.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, once payment has been confirmed. If we receive your order outside these hours or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next working day. Once we have your order ready, we ship it via express courier so that it arrives to you as soon as possible.
From that moment on, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
National shipments:
To mainland Spain: 2-3 working days.
To Balearic Islands: 3-10 working days.

BASIC MAINTENANCE TIPS
– To preserve the original quality, avoid exposing the product to extreme heat or humidity; rain, rubbing and direct sunlight may cause discoloration or stains on the leather surface. Also, avoid contact with corrosive substances such as oils or alcohol.
– When not in use, we recommend that you store your leather products in the protective cloth bag that you receive with your product at the time of purchase. In addition, so that the bags do not become deformed, we advise you to stuff them with paper (not magazines or newspapers, which could stain).
HOW TO CLEAN SKIN
For daily cleaning of your leather products, a dry white cotton cloth is sufficient.
With the passage of time, skin tends to dry out, so it is highly recommended to moisturize it with a specific product for this purpose, which will help protect, nourish and add shine to your leather products.

How do I check that I have made the purchase correctly?
Once you have paid for your nothink order in the online store, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Sometimes these emails arrive in the spam folder, check that it is not there. If you have not received the confirmation email it may be that the payment has not been made properly, that the email entered is not correct or that there is a computer problem. Please check if the payment has been made, and if so, send us an email to hola@nothink-handbags.com with your order information.
How can I know the status of my order?
Normally orders are shipped within two working days of order confirmation. Once your order has left our workshop you will receive an email from our shipping company with tracking information.
